Poor service espcially with customer interaction. I think they actually believe they dont need peoples business. I have the option to get my rego check completed for free once Ive rectified the issues (that are marked incorrectly on the result sheet), but Im choosing to pay for someone else to do it rather then deal with these dodgy mechanics again.
