I hated the Plus fitness centers in Sydney but Medowie Plus is great. Lots of space, huge range of equipment, clean facilities, ample parking & friendly staff. Adjoins a sports center so squash, creche & a cafe available with a pool soon opening.

Plus fitness is a great atmosphere with fun free classes. The people there are always friendly and welcoming

Best plus fitness ever, from the staff to the facilities available. Also the crche is so useful for clients with kids. A plus for this club. Great work Luke and Andrew on a great club..
